How it works

Campaign links your analytics can stay tidy around.

A good UTM convention is simple and consistent. The builder keeps the destination intact while making each campaign dimension explicit.

  1. 01

    Enter the destination

Paste the page people should reach. Existing query parameters and the URL fragment are preserved.

  2. 02

    Describe the campaign

Add source, medium, and campaign. Use optional term and content values to distinguish targeting and creative variants.

  3. 03

    Share and record

Copy or open the final link, save it in local history, export a CSV record, or hand it directly to the QR Code Generator.

Built for repeat campaigns

From one link to a reusable tracking workflow.

Consistent campaign naming

Use practical presets and optional lowercase underscore normalization to reduce fragmented analytics dimensions caused by capitalization and spaces.

Safe URL composition

Preserve existing query values and anchors while encoding every UTM and custom parameter with the browser's standard URL tools.

Reusable campaign history

Keep recent links on this device, download a CSV record, reload previous settings, and send a finished URL to the QR generator.

UTM questions

Clear naming creates cleaner reports.

What are UTM parameters?+

UTM parameters are query values added to a destination URL so analytics tools can attribute visits to a source, medium, campaign, keyword, or creative variation.

Which UTM fields should I always use?+

Source, medium, and campaign are the useful core. Source identifies where traffic came from, medium describes the channel, and campaign groups related promotion. Term and content are optional.

Do UTM parameters affect the destination page?+

Normally they do not change page content. They are query parameters that the site and analytics software can read. This builder preserves any query parameters and fragment already present.

Should UTM values use spaces or capital letters?+

Analytics values are often case-sensitive. A consistent lowercase convention with underscores or hyphens helps avoid separate rows such as Email, email, and e-mail.

Are campaign links sent to Toolkit?+

No. Link validation, parameter encoding, naming normalization, CSV creation, and saved history all run in this browser.
