Toolkit is a free collection of online tools, run independently. By using the site you agree to these terms. No account is needed, and you can stop using the site at any time. How the site handles information is described in the privacy policy.

Anything you type, paste, upload or create with a tool remains yours, and we claim no rights in it. Most tools process it entirely in your browser. The few that use our server process it only to return the result and do not keep it.

You are responsible for the content you process and for having the right to use it.

The calculators, converters, document generators and other tools are general-purpose. Their output is not legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice, and figures such as loan payments, tax estimates, calorie needs or capital gains are estimates based on what you enter and on simplified assumptions.

The site's design, code, text and branding belong to the operator of Toolkit or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party names and marks that appear inside tools belong to their owners and are used only to identify the format, service or platform concerned.
