How it works

See the document, then shape it.

Work from real rendered pages, keep complex changes reversible, and create a clean output without sacrificing page quality.

  1. 01

    Open one or several PDFs

Drop in source documents and Toolkit renders a real thumbnail for every page locally. Add more PDFs whenever the document needs material from another file.

  2. 02

    Build the exact page order

Click or range-select pages, drag a page or selected group, rotate, duplicate, move, or remove pages. Undo and redo keep experimentation safe.

  3. 03

    Export without rasterizing

Download the complete organized document or extract only the selected pages. Original page dimensions, vectors, images, and selectable text are copied into the new PDF.

Built for serious page work

Visual control without a server upload.

A genuine visual workspace

Rendered page thumbnails, three viewing densities, source-document colors, current page positions, original page numbers, drag indicators, and lazy rendering make long documents manageable.

Professional page operations

Combine up to 12 source PDFs, use page ranges or Shift-click, move selections as a group, rotate, duplicate, delete, undo, redo, and extract a selection as its own file.

Private, quality-preserving output

PDF parsing, previewing, editing, and export happen in browser memory. Pages are copied rather than converted to images, so searchable text and vector artwork remain intact.

PDF organizer questions

Reordering, quality, privacy, protection, and document features.

How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?+

Open the PDF, then drag any page to a new position. Select several pages first to move them together. The Earlier and Later buttons provide a keyboard-friendly alternative.

Can I combine pages from several PDFs?+

Yes. Add up to 12 source PDFs. Their pages enter the same visual workspace, where you can mix and reorder them before exporting one document.

Can I choose pages by number?+

Yes. The range field accepts positions such as 1-5, 8, 11-14. These numbers refer to the current organized order and update naturally as pages move.

Does organizing reduce PDF quality?+

No rasterization is used for the output. Existing PDF pages are copied with their original dimensions and content streams, while your requested rotation and order are applied.

Are my PDFs uploaded?+

No. PDF.js renders previews locally and pdf-lib creates the result locally. Files stay in the current browser tab and are cleared when the page refreshes or closes.

Can I organize a password-protected PDF?+

Not in this version. Password-protected PDFs are rejected rather than bypassed or processed incorrectly. Unlock an authorized copy first.

What happens to signatures, forms, bookmarks, and attachments?+

Changing page order invalidates digital signatures. Visible page content is preserved, but document-level bookmarks, attachments, and interactive form structures may not survive the newly built file.
