Where is my Kanban board saved?+
The entire workspace is saved in this browser's local storage. Toolkit does not upload your board names, tasks, descriptions, dates, or checklists to a server.
Can I create more than one board?+
Yes. Use New board in the sidebar to separate projects. You can rename or delete boards and move a task to another board by dragging it onto that board name or using the task editor.
How do I move tasks between columns?+
Drag a task card and drop it at the position you want in another column. For touch devices and keyboard workflows, open the card and choose its destination board and column.
Can I rename and rearrange columns?+
Yes. Select the column title to rename it, and use the left and right arrow buttons in the column header to change the workflow order.
Can I import or export tasks?+
Yes. Export tasks downloads the active board as CSV with its columns, descriptions, labels, priorities, due dates, checklists, and timestamps. Import tasks appends CSV or TSV tasks, maps matching column names, and creates missing stages when space allows.
Will my board sync to another device?+
No. Local storage is device- and browser-specific. Use Backup and Restore in the sidebar to move the whole workspace manually. Restoring replaces the current workspace after confirmation.
What happens if I clear browser data?+
Clearing site data can remove the saved workspace. Create a backup before clearing browser data or whenever the board contains work you cannot easily recreate.
